Module 1: Computer Fundamentals

Learn the basics of computers including types, devices, hardware vs software, memory types (RAM, ROM, HDD, SSD), operating systems (Windows, Linux), file management (copy, paste, folder creation), and basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Module 2: MS Office (Microsoft Office Suite)

Master essential MS Office tools:

MS Word: Document creation, formatting, tables, styles, templates, mail merge, headers, and footers.
MS Excel: Formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP), charts, pivot tables, data sorting, and filtering.
MS PowerPoint: Presentation design, transitions, animations, and slideshow tips.
MS Outlook (Optional): Email setup, calendar, and task management.

Module 3: Tally ERP 9

Gain accounting skills and hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, covering company creation, ledger management, voucher entry (sales, purchase, receipt, payment), GST implementation, financial reports (balance sheet, P&L), inventory management, and optional payroll.

Module 4: Adobe Photoshop (Basic to Intermediate)

Explore Photoshop tools and techniques including interface overview, layers, masks, image editing, retouching, text effects, creating posters/logos/banners, and exporting for web and print.

Module 5: Internet & Digital Literacy

Understand internet basics, web browsers, safe browsing, email creation and management, Google services (Gmail, Drive, Docs), cybersecurity essentials (passwords, phishing), and online applications and payments.

Module 6: HTML & Web Design

Introduction to web development with HTML: basic tags, lists, forms, tables, embedding media, a brief introduction to CSS, and building simple web pages.

Module 7: C++ Programming (Basic Level)

Learn programming fundamentals including logic, syntax, variables, data types, control structures (if, loops), functions, arrays, and an introduction to object-oriented programming (classes, objects).

Module 8: Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Introduction

Get introduced to AI concepts including history, types of AI (narrow, general, super), machine learning, real-world applications (chatbots, robotics), AI tools (Python, ChatGPT, Google AI), and ethical considerations.

Final Assessment & Project

Complete a mini project choosing from web design, Excel, Tally, or Photoshop. Participate in a viva and practical test to earn your Certificate of Completion.
